Our global working client from the Software Industry is looking for you as a new team member in the Slack G&A team as

Head of Marketing (m/w/d) DACH

Your challanges:

  • Slack is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing for the DACH region to lead the regional marketing strategy and team.
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for the Slack marketing strategy, program execution, budget, team and stakeholder management in the DACH region.
  • Your primary goal is to grow the region and crush ACV targets by working closely with the DACH cross-functional teams to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect facing program contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
  • The role* Regional Marketing Lead for DACH* Grow and develop the regional marketing team members and champion the Slack way to work* Partner with regional sales leads to develop an impactful enterprise marketing plan that effectively creates brand awareness, new pipeline and influences existing deals across all segments of Slack's business.
  • Build and execute our regional integrated marketing plan across a variety of activities such as brand, demand generation, events, content, Executive Engagement and ABM to support regional sales objectives.
  • Be the voice of the DACH region for central marketing functions (e.g. web, brand demand generation and product marketing) and for regional alignment on priorities with Salesforce family
  • Work closely with the regional PR & Comms manager to identify local content and research needs and position Slack as the leader in Digital HQ
  • Budget and external agency management

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in regional marketing in an international Saas company
  • Fluent German and English speaker
  • Experience in leading and building regional marketing teams
  • Active listener that understands the Sales priorities
  • Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to craft programs that are results driven in their approach
  • Equal parts creative thinker and results driven worker
  • Is data driven in decision making processes
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organisational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Detail oriented, leaves no stone unturned in planning and processes
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written)
  • Evidence of building effective field marketing programs in the DACH market
  • Strategy and execution of all elements of the regional marketing mix
